Bluth v. Leventhal

Judge Jacqueline Bluth was appointed by Gov. Steve Sisolak to Department 6 in 2019. The former prosecutor has a split civil and criminal docket.

As a District Attorney, Bluth worked on the Child Fatality Review Board.

According to Our Nevada Judges, Bluth has been appealed eight times and never reversed.

She declined to be interviewed for this story. Bluth is challenged by Todd Leventhal.

He’s a general practice attorney specializing in criminal defense, according to his website. Leventhal represented a defendant in the Bundy Ranch case. He did not respond to requests for an interview.

He has raised no money and has paid no expenses. Bluth has raised $256,366 and had about $136,949 available as of October 15.
