That said, the CNN poll released Wednesday showing Jacky Rosen leading Dean Heller 48 to 45 among likely voters is a break from recent polls that have given Heller an edge — and a 2 point advantage in the Real Clear Politics average.
The poll also has Steve Sisolak leading Adam Laxalt, barely, 46 to 45. The RCP average has Laxalt ahead by 1.5 points. Sisolak led by 4 points in last month’s CNN poll.
The poll found 49 percent of those surveyed “approve of the way Donald Trump is handling his presidency,” while 48 percent disapprove.
The most important issues in the Senate race were identified as health care (28 percent) and immigration (26 percent).
The poll was conducted Wednesday through Monday.
