The man who almost single-handedly funded the effort to pass Marsy’s Law in Nevada and other states will have another two months until he learns whether Clark County District Attorney Steve Wofson, who campaigns for the Question 1 ballot measure, will charge him with drug trafficking.

Billionaire Henry Nicholas was arrested August 9th in Las Vegas for allegedly possessing a variety of drugs including heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine in his hotel room. The DA asked Justice of the Peace Karen Bennett Haron to give him until today, Election Day, to bring charges against Nicholas.

This morning, the state asked for another 60 days, until long after the election,to decide whether to charge Nicholas.
